Ciburial Village is one of the Tourism Villages that has been established by West Java Bandung Regency Government in accordance with Regent's Decree Number 556.42/ Kep. 71- Dispopar/ 2011 Regarding Determination Area concept Agriecotourism. In implementing development Villages, encountered obstacles both terms human resources, destination management, marketing, and other aspects. The purpose this study to determine strategy tourism village. This used a qualitative descriptive approach SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) as an analytical tool. results analysis internal external factors are processed using matrix produce several strategies. indicate strategies need be developed include mapping based on potential, strengthening digital-based promotions well building branding, optimizing cross-sectoral coordination management training resources including tour guides
